If no sound is produced from any key, check the connections to any external devices using the port guidelines in the manual.

  • For 88KEY, FOLD PRO Series (Built-In Battery Models):

Tuning issues may be caused by frequency drift in the keyboard’s electronic components, especially in environments with temperature changes or after prolonged use. A malfunction in the sensor may also affect tuning accuracy.

For MOLD2, MOOD Series (Direct Charging Models):

Tuning irregularities may arise due to factors such as recording equipment quality, environmental conditions, or physical damage during loading. Voltage fluctuations, low battery levels, or electromagnetic interference can also affect the tuning.

    Recommendation for All Models:

Fully charge the keyboard and try switching between multiple piano tones to see if the issue improves.

  • The Bluetooth on all of Longeye's keyboards is enabled by default. If the keyboard starts playing music automatically without user input, it may be due to another device unintentionally connecting to the Bluetooth.

    Solution:

Relocate the keyboard to a different location, power it off and then on again. Once your device detects the Bluetooth signal, select and connect to the keyboard's Bluetooth.

  • For Bluetooth MIDI (Apple Devices Only):

Enable Bluetooth MIDI in the software settings, select the keyboard's Bluetooth MIDI as the MIDI device, and accept the pairing prompt when it appears.

    For Wired MIDI Connections:

a.Use the included power cable to ensure stable MIDI signal transmission.

b.Close all software before connecting, then reopen the software after establishing the connection.

c.Ensure the software recognizes the keyboard as a MIDI device in the settings.

Note: If specific software fails to detect the device, please contact us for assistance.
